Hideya Koishi 隱私權政策
Hideya Koishi 是作品型錄 App，不提供會員、購物或付款功能，也未整合廣告、跨 App 追蹤或第三方行為分析。
1. 適用範圍
本政策適用於 Hideya Koishi Android 與 iOS App（Android 套件名稱：com.hideyakoishi.catalog），說明您瀏覽作品、產品圖片、作品詳情與匠人介紹時的資料處理方式。
2. 我們處理的資料
App 不要求註冊或登入，也不要求姓名、電子郵件、電話、地址、付款資訊、精確位置、聯絡人或照片。您加入「我的最愛」的產品識別僅儲存在裝置本機，不會上傳，也不使用硬體裝置識別碼。
為提供最新產品資料與圖片，Google Cloud Run 與 Google Cloud Storage 在正常網路傳輸中可能自動處理 IP 位址、裝置或瀏覽器類型、請求時間、請求網址、服務診斷及錯誤記錄等技術資料。
3. 使用目的
技術資料僅用於傳送產品內容與圖片、維持服務安全與穩定、診斷錯誤、防止濫用，以及改善效能。我們不以其建立廣告或個人行為檔案。
4. 第三方服務與揭露
App 使用 Google Cloud 託管 API 與圖片，因此技術資料可能由 Google 依其服務條款與隱私措施處理，並可能在您所在國家或地區以外處理。我們不販售個人資料、不提供給廣告商；僅在依法要求或保護服務安全所必要時揭露。
5. 保存與安全
App 不建立使用者帳號或個人資料庫。雲端技術記錄依實際服務設定及安全營運需要保存，之後刪除或匿名化。資料以 HTTPS 傳輸；我們採合理措施保護資料，但無法保證任何網路或儲存方式絕對安全。
6. 您的選擇與權利
您可取消最愛；清除 App 資料或解除安裝會移除本機最愛。停止使用或解除安裝可停止後續網路請求。若要查詢、更正或刪除可識別資料，請聯絡我們，我們將依適用法令及可合理識別的範圍處理。
7. 兒童隱私
本 App 是一般藝術與工藝型錄，並非以兒童為主要對象，也不會刻意蒐集兒童個人資料。如發現非預期取得此類資料，我們將採取合理措施刪除。
8. 政策更新與聯絡

Scope and data
This policy applies to the Hideya Koishi Android and iOS catalog app (Android package: com.hideyakoishi.catalog). The app has no account, shopping, payment, advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party behavioral analytics features. Favorites are stored only on your device and are not uploaded. We do not request your name, email, phone number, address, payment information, precise location, contacts, or photos.
To deliver current catalog data and images, Google Cloud Run and Google Cloud Storage may automatically process technical data required for internet operation, such as IP address, device or browser type, request time and URL, diagnostics, and error logs.
Purpose, sharing, and retention
Technical data is used only to deliver content, maintain security and reliability, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and improve performance. Google may process it under its service terms, including outside your country. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers. Cloud logs are retained according to service configuration and operational security needs, then deleted or anonymized.
Your choices, children, and contact
You can remove favorites, clear app data, or uninstall the app. The app is a general art and craft catalog and is not directed primarily to children.
